YLW Pickleball Founders Membership

Become a Member

The YLW Pickleball Founders membership is a limited time offer for the first few founding members. Founder's Membership fee of $50/month (regular $60/month).

Pricing will continue as long as you are a member. Membership unlocks early access booking and member-exclusive pricing to club programming, leagues, court booking, and expert coaching.

Plan is month-to-month for total flexibility, cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

Everyone’s welcome—if you are not a member yet, you will still be required to set up a non-member account to join a session, class, or book a court at YLW. To do so, click on Become a Member and simply select the Non-member option.

Membership FAQs

Is my membership month-to-month or a contract?

Memberships are billed month to month, giving you the flexibility to cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. If you choose to cancel, your current rate and spot will be released — and if there’s a waitlist, you’ll move to the end of it when rejoining.

Do you have family memberships

We don’t currently offer family memberships, but you can create a family account so everyone’s profiles are managed under one household.

What types of sessions or programs are offered?

Everyone’s welcome at YLW Pickleball! You can book courts or join programs at the non-member rate. Just create a non-member account so we can get your waiver signed and you’re ready to play.

What are the club hours?

Our club is open daily from Monday to Friday - 6 AM to 4 PM, Saturday 6am - 2pm, and Sunday 6am - 12pm. There may be a few exceptions to the weekend hours where it will be closed.

Do I need a membership to play?

Absolutely! guests just pay the non-member rate. Just create a non-member account so we can get your waiver signed and you’re ready to play.

Can I bring a guest to play with me?

YLW Pickleball offers a mix of sessions — from Open Play and skill-based games to Round Robins and King of the Court. Our programming will keep evolving with your feedback and participation. Have an idea or suggestion? We’d love to hear it — email us at programs@ylwpickleball.ca

Are there limits to how often I can play?

Members can currently register for up to 2 sessions per day or 7 sessions per week. Members can book up to 1 court a day or 4 per week. Our goal is to make sure everyone has a fair chance to play. As our community grows, we may adjust these limits to keep access balanced for all members.

If I don't know how to play, can I join?

YES! We welcome beginners and encourage you to enroll in our Learn2Play sessions. If you do not see any, drop us an email at programs@ylwpickleball.ca.

Do you offer Ball Machines

Yes! We have a Rallie ball machine available to add to your court booking. Use the phone app to control drills, speeds, and patterns — perfect for focused practice. Video replay is included free with every ball machine rental.

Membership refund policy

Once a membership is paid for, there will be no refund. A Month-to-Month agreement allows for at any time with a minimum of 30 days’ notice. To cancel, please email info@ylwpickleball.ca.
